Hi, I’m Jan. I wrote this blog to share my story of my high blood pressure scare, and what I did to deal with the problem.
I recently discovered that I had high blood pressure. Went to the doctor’s office for a routine check, and my B.P. was 165/95. I was shocked! Prior to that moment, I had NO idea anything was wrong with me. I’d had no symptoms whatsoever. The doc gave me a 5-minute crash course in high blood pressure (lots of medical terminology that I didn’t understand), wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way.
After I left the doc’s office, I almost went straight to the pharmacy to get the prescription filled. Thankfully, however, I decided to go home and get online so I could do some detective work first. I’m a big fan of internet research because not only can you find out detailed information about anything, but thanks to blogs and message boards, you can also find out what real people have to say.
I found out tons of information. Not only did I discover that the medication my doc prescribed wasn’t widely favored among people who posted on the blogs and boards, but it also had some pretty serious side effects. NOT good. So, just for kicks, I did a Google search to see if there were any natural remedies, and I was surprised to find several. Most were expensive health-food specialty store items, but there was one that was different: The High Blood Pressure Remedy Report. It’s an e-book (which you can download immediately) from bloodpressurenormalized.com that teaches people how to lower their blood pressure naturally. It was only $59.95 and had a 1 year money-back guarantee, so I decided to try it.
After just the first few pages, I felt a strong need to take control of my health. It’s a very easy read (no medical mumbo-jumbo), but is also quite comprehensive and thorough. It completely addresses not only the known medical facts concerning high blood pressure but also alternative means of prevention and control. It provides clear, step-by-step instructions on how to lower your numbers. All the food products they recommend using for treatment are common items you can get at any grocery-store.
I began implementing many of the suggestions immediately. Sure enough, I started seeing results quickly. Words can’t describe how happy I was. Within three weeks, my blood pressure reduced to 130/70. HUGE improvement. I’m very proud to report that I’m now within normal range. That’s a major success.
Initially, I took my B.P. twice daily and have kept a record of this as I was prepared to return to the doc if the reading didn’t come down. I now plan to reveal my new B.P. numbers to prove that I was able to lower my blood pressure using The HBP Remedy Report. If my news is met with any skepticism, all the doc has to do is strap the B.P. cuff on me and check my numbers. The proof is in the pudding. I’ll let you know how the next appointment goes.
So there you have it. I hope that this helps a lot of people. If you’re in the same situation I was, you would be very wise to try the High Blood Pressure Report program. If you want to order the report, I recently found a page that has the price discounted to $19.95 here:http://www.bloodpressurenormalized.com/special.html. I recommend the instant download option because it allows you to start following the program immediately, plus this makes it instantly available world-wide. Please don’t hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
To your natural health!
Jan
Surprised to hear you got such drastic results without a prescription. Might try this myself.

Congratulations! That’s quite a success story.
Mary Ellen
Thanks for the tip. I’m going to try it.
Sam L.
I was in the doctors office for a different reason too when I found out I had high blood pressure. Talk about a rude awakening. I was not a happy camper when I left that appointment!
It’s great that your getting the word out about this. We don’t have to be slaves to prescription drugs!
I was just dianosed last week 140/100…was prescribed 10 mg of Lisinopril. I’ve taken the med not knowing there may be better alternatives. A friend tells me he’s been on the med now for several years. Says the biggest side effect is he has to urinate often…??? He’s now taking 20mg, the dose was doubled. Very concerned in St. Louis,MO
Hi!
Sorry to learn of your recent diagnosis. Know that you’re not alone, and you can beat this!
I’d be very concerned, too. Meds can be scary. I very strongly recommend trying this program. It’s likely you won’t have to deal with the meds any longer. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.
Warmly,
Jan

Hi Jan, My name’s Shona and I had HBP of 250/148, now it’s around normal again but the doctor is still reviewing me….the doctors doesn’t have a clue why I have got HBP and was in hospital for 5 days. I’m on Meds and have an appointment tomorrow. All the best..Shona.
My Doctor has just perscribed for me Potassium Chloride . I have to collect the perscription from the doctors office. I don’t know why she perscribed this for me because I take an ACE Inhibitor called Acuretic which has a diraectic in? I was reading that one does not take the two ? I have been on these BP pills for a long time. What to do? Do I go off the BP pills and take Potassium Hydrochloride? Regards, Maureen.
Hi, Shona:
Wow, it just came out of nowhere and now it’s nearly normal again? Very interesting. Tell me more. What kind of meds are you on?
Jan
Hi, Maureen:
Since I’m not a doctor, I can’t give you advice about whether or not to stop the B.P. pills and take the potassium hydrochloride. I can, however, suggest you try this program. Seems like the meds you’re on either A.) aren’t working, B.) are causing confusion , or C.) both A and B. Why not take control of your health? You order this product online yourself, and follow the program yourself. You don’t have to deal with picking up stuff from any doctor’s office or pharmacies. If it works for you as well as it worked for me, you won’t have to deal with taking drugs at all anymore.
Best of luck,
Jan
I am 27weeks pragnent lady.i have high BP mostly, in the hospital the BP is above 147/75 between 165/85 but when at home check own self with wrist monitor it is 128/71 or 118/70 .now i am taken a regular dose aldomet 250mg 4 tablets per day. and proper diet(without salt, salad, low fat milk, yoghurt and fruits) plz, suggest me what can i do? this is my 1st baby after 3years of marriage.i am 28years old and now in U.A.E. plz, help me i am so worried? i want when my next due appointment date the BP hasbeen controled.thanks
Please, please, PLEASE try this program. You’re pregnant. Try everything you can to control your HBP naturally. Not only does your health depend on it, but so does the health of your unborn baby. You’re so young. Learn this program now, and it’s very likely you won’t have to deal with dangerous HBP drugs in your future.
Please keep in touch,
Jan

Interested in your program
I have been on HBP medication for a while and I am getting tired of it especially now that I am realizing that I should have explored alternative medicine before falling for prescription meds. with all the side effects.
Thanks for the information. I sure will check it out
Very surprised and really happy and pleased for you. My aunt who lives in pakistan was suffered from a 3.8 x 3.7cm intracerebral haemorrhage in her left brain. Her blood pressure was well over 200 hence the bleeding in her brain. She is 65 years old, unable to speak and cannot move her right arm or leg, however she is swallowing, can recongnise people and can move her left side, the doctors have said she will make a slow recovery. I am her niece and when I was abroad with her we were very close. I want to do something for her, ie prevention of high blood pressure, so please tell me if the book is really a natural remedy? I have lost both my parents and alot of members in my family, she really is a unique person and I am desparate. Your views would be very helpful
Hi, my husband and i suffer with high blood pressure, and we will be trying HBP Remedy Report program. For 25 years we have high blood pressure, right now i am taking enalapril twice a day.
How many people would not be diagnosed with high blood pressure if their gp took the readings properly. Your blood pressure will almost certainly be higher when visiting gp because your uptight, added to that you should sat quietly for 5-10 mins before taking a reading and the cuff round you arm should be level with your heart. I have never had my bp checked properly by a gp. While in hospital 2 years ago my blood pressure was fine because I had been quietly sat on a chair reading a book before my check. I now check my own bp at home and it always 10-30% lower than when taken at gp’s
i found out last year that i suffered from HBP and am only 23yrs old, the doc prescribed some medicine that made me really sick and now the medicine that was recently prescribed is not working my bp goes up to 167/102 its so high and i don’t know what to do, but now i have hope i will try what you did, thanks
This sounds so good!!! Have to wait till the end of the month through becouse $59.95 is a lot in South African Rand!!!
Hi Jan - 1st - I got a deja vu when I read in your testimonial for this all natural hpb guide-book, and you used the word “wise.” If that word has “special meaning & connection with john, &/or SF Bay Area, let me know? If so, I’ve been trying to locate you guys for a long while!
Congrats & I’m SO glad for you! I was put on hbp meds (Toperol, 7 mo.s ago, then Norvasc, last month, but didn’t start them, and stopped the Toperol - because…) I suffer from MS & severe, continuous pain. I had (7 mo.s ago) been on the same dose of pain meds for 4+ years. The nature of pain meds is that one MUST increase after a while, b/c one becomes tolerant to the dosage. 4 yrs is a LONG time w/no increase, but I wanted to go as long as possible, since I know that living WITH my kind of pain, without ANY meds, would literally be impossible! So my doc KNEW the efficacy (effectiveness) of my pain meds had floored out & she switched me to something different, BUT in an equivalent dose of 1/3 (!!) of what I’d been taking…The PAIN itself, rocketed my bp, AND the sudden cessation (stopping - same as drastically lowering) of the Pain Meds added to it.
5 months prior to my “sudden hbp” I’d been tested at the local YMCA, where I do my PT. As ALWAYS - it was 100/65. (I’m almost 48, and since my 20’s my bp has remained on the low side of ‘normal’ - from 95 - 100 over 60 to 65)! So I saw my doc AGAIN < 2 weeks ago. I talked with her about this (as much as I could - in her new practice - she says getting 10 minutes of her time is “a more normal schedule for most doctors.” (!!) NOT! But for now, I can’t begin an over-all search for a new PrimCarePhys…Anyway - she put me BACK on what I started with - and after our “talk” I fully expected her to go back the orig. med, but to increase it & put back the “break-thru” meds that I’d stopped because *I* didn’t want to be on ANY more meds than was absolutely required! I’ve been with this doc for 6 years so she KNOWS I’m not some ‘drug-seeker’ person! I’ve ASKED (over past 4 yrs) to be taken OFF at least 3 meds that might be considered “of high street value” (only know this through other people).
Anyway - IF my doc will not cooperate, I MAY have to try this program, because I REFUSE to take hbp meds, when I DO NOT HAVE hbp - except as an induced condition! (And by my doc, at that! Whatever happened to “First, do no harm”?
Ah, well. Apologies to all! Didn’t mean to make this a “doctor-gripe-session, and OFF topic, to boot! So sorry to those who DO suffer real hbp. I CAN relate, thru my mom, who does, and she’s having a heck of a time right now, because of it! She’s on Plavix & DESPERATELY needs surgery, but cannot go off the Plavix for another 5 months & no surgery allowed while on it! It can cause a person to “bleed-out” (to death) if badly cut, tooth pulled, or surgery…So I DO feel for everyone & like it or not - until recently - I DID suffer all the same symptoms & hbp med side-effects! It’s great to not be so swollen the last week+! Just hope and pray that it will last!
Thanks, Jan, for sharing! I’m going to check out the ‘book’ for my mom & possibly for me! I ALWAYS think natural-do-it-yourself=best! And I hope my inkling about my old friend is correct, but new ones are nice, too!
Warmest Regards,
Scuba-bb
pregnant women often have raised BP whilst pregnant
a natural way to control it will be a safer option and will
benefit from this program
Hi Jan,
You are doing a good thing giving people a different way to control HBP.
I do think some of them panic a little to soon.
I was in a trucking accident and the first aid guy took my blood pressure and said get to a doctor your BP is 240 over 190.
A couple of weeks later I went to see the Doc and he just about fell off his shoes. 240 over 190 !! He screamed.
I started taking pills. They made me feel shitty or gave me a limp noodle. No matter what kind I took there was a price to pay. A friend told me about Diovan. Been on them for a few years but my BP is still a little high. The noodle works fine ha ha. All these years I have been treating the HBP but not what caused it.
You are so right !! It’s time to ween myself off the damn pills and start eating right. It worked for a friend of mine and he is over 70 years old. He still chases his wife around the house and out works men in their twenties. What could be better than that?
Thanks for the boot in the butt. I needed it.
Rick.
Good one, Bob! You had me going for a minute there.
Cheers!
Jan
Allan, please consider trying this program. Obviously, the new pills aren’t working. Many – if not most – pills don’t work. They don’t solve the problem, they only mask it. This program actually solves the problem.
Best,
Jan
Yasmin, my heart goes out to you and your aunt. YES, it truly is a natural remedy…I absolutely assure you. Please try it. It’s very likely to help your aunt significantly. Stay in touch.
Jan
Hi, Scuba! No apology necessary — dealing with HBP can be VERY frustrating. So glad you (hopefully) and your mother are going to try the program. Certain you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Please let me know how it goes.
As for your inkling: I don’t know anyone named John in the bay area, but I’ll definitely take you up on the new friend part!
Warmly,
Jan
Hello All,
I was shocked when I got a very high bp reading of 170/80. I exercise regularly, eat quite well, and have never smoked. Stress, however, does get to me, and I get extrememly nervous at the dr’s. He immediately prescribed me Micardis (7 months ago). It devistated me. I hate the thought of relying on medications, especially for someone who has always placed his health as a priority. When I said to my dr that I was quite nervous, he said “you can’t will yourself to have high blood pressure.” I feel he is WAY off the mark. Your sympathetic nervous system (which kicks in in stressful situations) increases bp. I think our brains are very powerful and can play a significant role in our BP.
Anyway, I have reluctantly been taking the medication. I recently obtained this report and am going to try taking control of my situation without meds. I am hopeful it works.
congratulation u have been helped by that remedy hope u will help other people to recover too.
I have high blood pressure which caused my kidneys yo fail because it was undetected by my dr. anyone with h/b should be checked often by your dr. and at home. This sounds like a good solution. Kathy
Jan I was looking at a Denise Auston site and happen to come across your hbp natural remedy. It sounds like good stuff. Im going to take a look at it, but before that I wanted to ask you is there a book you can get besides the ebook? please let me now. I am a 49 yr old women I have had hbp for the last 9 year. I have tried a number of meds. like- Norvasc,Lisinopril/HCTZ,and now i’m taking Diovan HCT, I take one daily. I’ve taken a few more different types of meds. I just can’t remember them, I would say about three others. I stoppped taking these others because I would get very bad head aches. The point is I’m trying to educate myself more and more every day. I’m not the sharpes knife in the drawer, but I’m always willing to learn. I take many vitamins about 14 daily from a multi to Flaxseed, evening primrose, garlic, milkthistle,… to name a few, I take them all! I recently stopped smoking, I’m a social smoker and a closet smoker I would only smoke around certain people. I smoked around 5 cigs a day more if out with smoking friends. Anyway I’m very interested in this natural remedy. I’m one if its natural, I’ll give it a try.
Thank You Jan Keep in touch, Venus
Please- you pregnant ladies out there with high blood pressure- it is very different from a raised b/p when you are not pregnant. There is some research that suggests it is due to placental blood vessels. It is not worth risking you or your baby. It is also a sign that pre eclampsia may develop that is why it is taken so seriously. Try natural methods with essenial hypertension by all means it works for many but pregnancy aquired hypertension is a whole new ball game. People feel worse when taking medication as their body has got used to the b/p being high it sees it as normal. when it drops with medication you get signs /symptoms of low b/p until it adjusts. I am a RN/RM
I have gone hrough the entire range of comments. I have been suffering from hbp for over 30 years. I will try the remedy suggested by you. Thanks
Hi jan,
I am 49 yrs old housewife and on bp medication, i am taking concor tabs and cozzar once a day. i am suffering this bp for 17 years now and several medicines i’ve tried, but the recent tablets i’m taking is the concor & cozzar, i feel better but for long time now i did not check my bp, fearing that, it might be high again. my mood is still normal even my bp is 200/101. I want to avoid this medication because i feel that i am already a servant of this medicine.
thanks and best regards, juma.
I can attest to the Report. It does help lower blood pressure naturally.
A couple years ago, I’d been surprisingly diagnosed at 140/100 which came as a shock though I was overweight. I was doing loads of cycling so I thought it should be naturally OK. For various reasons I was going through a lot of personal stress which I now believe caused it to skyrocket.
I was put on an ACE inhibitor which worked (120/80) but caused me to develop an intolerable cough. Amlodipine, a Calcium Channel Blocker, wasn’t quite as effective but at least didn’t have as many side effects. It made me feel tired though.
They switched me to an ARB (Losartan 50mg/day) but that also gave me side effects like a blocked nose, milder version of the ACE-inhibitor cough, raised potassium, etc. It kept me down to 120/80 but due to the raised potassium I was supplemented with a thiazide diurectic to offset the raised potassium. Both drugs caused me to develop terrible mouth ulcers and bleeding lips so I decided to completely stop taking the lot.
I stopped late last September (five months ago) and have managed to keep it reasonably controlled with Hawthorne Berry, Garlic, Q Enzyme-10, magnesium, and a wonderful mixture of Ayurvedic medicines. I have sometimes had readings below 100/70 so I know I no longer need to be on BP meds, at least for now.
I’ve also started using the rowing machine at the gym and have started training with free weights that you swing (originated from Russia) called Kettlebells. My brother is an instructor and has done a lot to encourage me to get a lot fitter this way. Due to using my core and upper body more, I believe I’ve gained a far better all-round fitness level. My resting heart rate is often below 60 and has even been as low as 46 at rest; My blood pressure is almost always below 125/85 and often below 120/80 so I know from experience that lifestyle changes can make a huge difference.
Hi Jan,
I’m very glad to hear that you conquered the HBP problem without pills…I myself have a very HBP (258/138)…was on pills two different occassions by two different doctors…HBC did not go down…the only thing that happened is that the pill dosage increased from 1 to 5 different pills and medication bills became horendously high..decided to quit the medication…it’s been two years…BP has gone down a little…am watching my diet and stress…recently was contacted by my heart speacialist to come & see him…again he insisted I take my medication…walked out with a prescription however am hesitating in fulfilling it re worried about side effects…did not like what I’ve read so far…came across your mail…would be interested in this book but right now is not in budget…anyways, it’s nice to know I’m not the only one who has a phobia about pills…have decided not to go on the med…have made my peace with the “man upstairs”…enjoying my children, grandchildren, family & friends and being thankful for everything - LIfe…keep up the good work & thanks for spreading the good news!
I have been fighting with high blood presure for about three years now, without any success.your message has given me great hope and high expectation.I will try this advice and keep in touch with you. Thanks very much for sharing this information.
This report is very good. I use it along with The 9th Law Diet, and I have lost over 30 pounds and lowered my blood pressure.
Thank you.
Sandi
You can get The High Blood Pressure Remedy report book for only $19.95. Try http://www.bloodpressurenormalized.com/special.html
Hello, I am interested in your program. I am 32 years old and I am currently on 10 mg pills. My average over the last 6 months (4 readings a week) has been 132/77. Are those averages even woth being on medication? There were no other related health problems found through tests. Doctor wants to keep me on meds. Not sure of the dangers of stopping the meds but would like to try an alternative….Thanks
I assume that this website is US based. I have high blood pressure and take 2 types of medicine which control my bp. I will probably take them for life but can’t say I have any noticeable side effects. I don’t know if I would try this book but obviously if a natural product works I will try it - BUT it is dangerous to stop taking prescribed medicine without consulting your Doctor.
I suffered a stroke three year ago due to HBP up until that time I had no ideal I even had it. I quit smoking several years before the stroke. I just wonder sometime if I had continue to smoke if the stroke would have happen to me. Anyway I’m fifty years old in good shape but I cant seem to shake this HBP. Does this stuff really work before I spend my hard to come by cash. And if so does it do anything for asthma which I suffer from due to the HBP so I’m told. Thanking you in Advance
Keep the good work Jan. The more we promote long-term health via proper nutrition as opposed to short-term “results” with non-sense drug use, the healthier we’ll be as a society. And besides, the side effects of drugs usually leads to negative long-term consequenses. I think everone with HBP should try an alternative prior to consuming drugs.
Thank you for the research that you did on this. I am on Lisinpril, w/diuretic, and have been several years. I just found out about the side effects of this drug. The one that bothered me the most was the tiredness that sometime accurs, and even more. I quit taking it for awhile, while still monitoring my pressure, and started having more energy than I had in years. I thought all that time, that I was just a lazy person. Thank you
I’m glad to find your blog and specially your success story in using herbal medicine program. It’s really fulfil my interested desire knowing how effective herbal remedy. Just waiting your next article and I’ve informed my friend for this resources.
I have been on 20 mg of lisinopril my doctor also put me on 25 mg of spironolactone and my blood dropped to 98/65 from 165/98. I thought98 was too low so I stopped taking it. I had cut out more than half the foods I was eating, potato chips canned foods, anything with medium to high sodium counts and still my pressure is high. I was taking my blood pressure 3 to 5 times a day. At this point my ears are open to alternatives, so I’ll check this out right away.
Hi All
I have the book and make notes on herbal remedies and diets from the book and incorporate much of that into my lifestyle. Plus a few I found elsewhere. I am now a pensioner and as a consequence of following the guidelines I have never suffered from high blood pressure.
Greg.

Hi Jan,
My husband has high blood pressure. We will try this. It is also interesting about the Yellow garden pea.
Let you know how all is doing.
Thanks, Sharon
For all of you that are planning to order the HBP REmedy Report - Here’s a coupon code I just used to save $5
coupon = SAVE5
oh yeah, and my total was only $14.95 because I also used the special link that Pat posted above…
Hi Jan, sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I’m on Labetalol 100mg four times a day and Amlodipine Maleate 10mg once a day. I’m very concerned about my health as I don’t want to have to take Meds for the rest of my days. I’m only 20 years of age. I used to smoke 10 cigarettes per day since I was 18. Since I quit them I’ve been montioring my HBP and it dropped a good bit and it was lower than it should’ve been so hopefully when I see the doctor on the 23rd, he’ll drop the doseage. My family smokes and my Dad’s Mum (60) has HBP, she has also block arteries as well, her brother whose 73 also has block arteries and he never smoked in his life. My Dad’s Mum highest numbers were 250/156. Mine was 250/148. Tomorrow we both have to get blood tests took. I’m not looking forward to that but unfortunately it has to be done. I’ll let you know how my appointment goes on the 23rd. All the best, Shóna.
